A tricky site was redeveloped to provide residential and commercial accommodation. We were appointed to transform an existing, vacant commercial premises in South London, based on a pedestrian-only access area. Extensive refurbishment, major structural alteration and an extension at the rear has resulted in 17 new, residential apartments and commercial space at the ground floor.
