This Chelsea Town House is primarily a basement extension project; a particular area of expertise for Hira Construction. We have constructed a basement below the existing building and rear yard, as well as demolishing the existing rear extensions. A glazed infill extension has been added, as well as an extension at the lower ground floor level. The resulting building provides spacious accommodation for its occupants, visually cohesive with the surroundings.
