'SETTLE' is a new development of nine apartments located in North West London, and a collaboration with Artform and GPAD. The project involves the demolition of an existing building and replacement with a four-storey building containing a mix of one and two-bed apartments, drawing inspiration from the neighbouring historic buildings. The development includes provision of bin, cycle storage, outside space and landscaping.
