Rawlings Street

Rawlings Street is primarily a basement extension project; a particular area of expertise for Hira Construction. We have constructed a basement below the existing building and rear yard, as well as demolishing the existing rear extensions. A glazed infill extension has been added, as well as extension at lower ground floor level. The resulting building provides spacious accommodation for its occupants, visually cohesive with the surroundings.
