Barnsbury Terrace

This project in Islington, London, provides enhanced living space on a tight site. We constructed a single storey side extension spanning both ground and basement levels, including extending under part of the garden. The existing basement space was enhanced by lowering the floor by 1.3m and new lightwells have been created at the front of the property.
